He is also an expert on timing, once managing 25 offers on the same property and ultimately getting his client top return on investment.

After graduating in 1965 from UC Berkeley with a bachelor' degree in landscape architecture, Mike entered the real estate industry in 1968 and began amassing awards and professional credentials. He was in the top 1% in sales for Coldwell Banker, Saratoga for the San Francisco-Pebble Beach region. Was also once a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®). He had been a member of the Rotary Club of Los Gatos for 20 years and the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS®. Mike is now a member of CDAR in Palm Desert. Mike and his wife, Pat now live in Palm Desert and are members of the Ironwood Country Club at the end of Portola. He has certainly come a long way from selling his first home in 1968 for $15,000!
